Good saturation; blackish ruby. A moderately open nose; ripe black berry aroma is subtle, with nice purity, and some mineral. Nice-plus. There's more fruit in the mouth, with some of the same good ripe blackberry, yet it still is on the subtle side, with good minerality. Good. Medium body, some richness, some matte tannins, with modest acidity.
A pleasant little red. |
