The Yarden Chardonnay Odem Organic Vineyard displays a complex array of characters, including citrus, floral, pear, and tropical fruit notes, layered with oak, vanilla and hints of mineral. This full-bodied white wine shows good concentration of flavor and a long, attractive finish. This vineyard designate Chardonnay should continue to improve in the bottle for a couple of years following the harvest and remain in good shape for up to seven years following the vintage. We recommend drinking this wine with intensely flavored fish and poultry dishes. In general, cheese and butter sauces will complement this wine well.
